wHERE ARE YOU BASED?
I am currently located deep in the heart of Texas, but am not afraid to travel anywhere! You live in Austin? I'll keep it weird with you! Dallas? Lets go to the state fair! Just let me know where the magic’s happening and I’ll be there with my camera in hand and Red Bull in tow.
HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION?
It’s easy! Just fill out the contact form on my site, or underneath that form click the "Ready to Book" button, and I’ll be in touch ASAP with all the details. Once we choose a date and sign the contract, a 30% retainer secures your spot. Then the fun begins!
hOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY GALLERY BACK?
You’ll receive a fully edited online gallery where you can download, share, and print your images. Turnaround time is usually 2–4 weeks for grads and couples, and 8-10 weeks for weddings (but I always send a sneak peek within a few days!).
I'M AKWARD IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA - HELP?!
Trust me, you’re not alone! Most people feel a little unsure at first, but I’ve got you. I’ll guide you with natural prompts and movement-based posing so it feels more like hanging out than a stiff photo shoot. You’ll be laughing and vibing before you know it!
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I GET BACK, AND WILL THEY BE RETOUCHED?
The number of edited images depends on the type of session and package you choose. I always deliver a full gallery of the best moments — no strict maximums — so you can relive your session from start to finish. For retouch, I professionally edit every delivered image for color, lighting, and consistency. I also do light retouching (like blemish removal), while keeping everything natural and true to you.
what should i wear to my session?
Once you’re booked, I’ll send over a style guide with outfit tips, color inspiration, and suggestions to help you feel confident and camera-ready. If you’re ever stuck between two outfits, you can always send me photos and I’ll help you choose!
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to officially reserve your date. Sessions may be rescheduled one time with at least 72 hours notice, depending on availability, and I’ll always do my best to accommodate emergencies or weather-related changes. Because dates are limited, cancellations will forfeit the retainer and any additional refunds will depend on how close the cancellation is to your session or wedding date.
What if it rains on the day of our session?
If the weather isn’t cooperating, we can reschedule or pivot to an indoor or covered location. For weddings, I always come prepared with a rain plan so your photos still turn out beautiful no matter what.
How far in advance should we book?
Weddings typically book 6–12 months in advance, while portrait sessions book 2–6 weeks out. If you have a specific date in mind, I recommend reaching out as early as possible!
Do you work with second shooters or assistants?
Yep! For larger weddings or even an engagement shoot that might need an extra set of hands or content creation, I offer packages that include a second photographer! It’s a great way to capture even more candid moments and different angles—especially during key parts of the day like the ceremony and reception.
